2022 SUMMER INVENTORIES

New summer, new round of inventories!

Between August and September 2022 SLU and Skogfrosk members will travel to check the health condition of more than 400 ash trees in Sweden. Those that are still vital are intended to be used to produce more resilient ash trees. With the forest owner's permission, we will take scions to make copies. These will then be planted out in field trials where their resistance will be tested under more controlled conditions.
